POE 2 Smith of Kitava (MANIFEST WEAPON)

Has so much potential to be a fun Ascendancy perk. But it scales poorly and lacks real damage/Utility. It would be cool if we could socket actual skill gems for a small spirit cost and keep the Str/ Dex damage scaling.

Could also give it unique command abilities like disciple of varsity does with djinn

Agreed, Manifest Weapon is borderline useless. I tried so hard to make a viable Smith of Kitava summoner but it's basically impossible.

Needs serious improvements to be worthwhile in any scenario. I don't see the point of it becoming whatever weapon you're using if all of the versions are basically the exact same in practice.

It should just be a summoned minion that you can control the numbers of like skeletons. Maybe they naturally break armor or do fire damage or something so that they're a unique minion, or they're a minion that scales with your weapon damage.
