Account locked due to mistyped email - 2601676556#5815

Hello GGG team,

I need help with my account (2601676556#5815).

Issue: I tried to change my login email but mistyped it, and now my account is linked to an incorrect email I cannot access. My original email is [Removed by Support]

I have already contacted support and provided purchase receipts as proof of ownership, but I was told the system shows the mistyped email is associated with another account. I confirm that I do NOT have any other PoE or PoE2 account — this is my only account.

Could a staff member please review my case manually? I can provide my purchase receipts again if needed.

Have you responded to this?

The forum thread is completely distinct from their email-based support. If you contacted them and they replied, if you need further assistance you will need to convey this via email.
