How hard is it to fix your game so players don't lose their instance? There is a high level of imcompetance being shown.

7-10 rooms into the instance...Boom dead, crash, unexpected whatever whatever... relogin. Can't reenter instance, have to close it. Max room loss. Rince and repeat...
