Help and Information - My account Icuncunaek#7055 got banned, pls help me i love this game - Forum

I purchased the game 7 days ago and have already played for more than 70 hours. I was just banned while farming. The reason stated was the use of third-party software, but I did not use any external programs or tools. I only used the filter feature that is officially available within the game. I believe this may be a mistake and kindly ask you to review my account . I sincerely ask to be unbanned as soon as possible. I truly enjoy the game.
