has committed suicide

my character oracle has committed suicide without reason every time again and again, i cant play. name of my character is ACHIEVER_BEAST (fate of the vaal league)

If you share a Path of Building for your character, someone might take a look and tell you what the problem is. The odds of a member of staff doing so are vanishingly small.

Same here. It happened to me twice when I was clearing a Breach Hive on a map.
I'm playing as Oracle too. It never happened before outside of the Breach mechanic, maybe it's related? I just pumped a lot of atlas points into the breach tree.
