Not able to place Temple Rooms without running the temple after relogging.

I'm unable to place any rooms in my temple, this has consistently been happening only on my "SpearMeWitch" Blood mage slot since I've unlocked the temple on this character slot. As long as it's a fresh login I haven't been given any cards to place rooms at all. Everytime it forces me to waste 6 crystals first and then get my rooms THE NEXT TIME (unless if I crash and have to relog again, repeating the same issue).
