Pathfinder Refund Passive point

I am trying to refund a point on my Pathfinder grid. There are no points spend above it, I have tried logging out and back in, I have left the game and restarted it, even restarted my computer. I read something about the weapon sets not being equal, but that isn't the case. I have the gold to do the refund it highlights that I can but when I hit A nothing happens.

Having the same issue with my plant druid - I'm lvl 70, 4/8 ascendancy - game lets me refund the 4th point but will not allow me to refund the third.
HELP!! |

Which points exactly?
If these are points that grant additional passive points, you must have the same number of free unallocated points to refund them. If these are Path of the Sorceress/Warrior points and you used the option to start from the Sorceress's/Warrior's starting point, you must first rework your tree so that it connects to the Ranger's starting point. " Oracle? Same with points that grant additional passive points. To refund The Unseen Path, you must first refund all passives granted by The Unseen Path.
