Pausing

My characters keep experiencing a constant pausing issue while in combat. In the main hub it doesn't happen only when I'm in combat. Is there a way to fix this issue? I've tried several things like changing the gateway and disabling pausing in the game menu and uninstall and reinstall the game, but nothing seems to work. Please help. Gamer tag in Vikinator55 on xbox series x.

I'm also experiencing constant pausing in every instance (regular story instances or maps) on Xbox Series X.

Game is unplayable at this time as a result.
