Cannot pickup Medallions in Atziri Temple or Interact with Alchemy room

Currently experiencing an issue where the medallions show up on the mini-map but i cannot pick them up. No my medallions are not full.

Also cannot interact with Alchemy room to activate rare monster fight.

Happened 3 times today, Saturday Feburary 15th.

Also to be noted-

Waystones are greyed out
I am party leader

I did remove everyone from the party, continued in the instance, and the medallions that dropped were still not able to be picked up.

I'm now in threat of losing my temple I have over 300 hours playing in his league. I need to confirm this is fixed before I play temple again.
