Problem with login and loading hideout

Hello,

I've had some problems during Vaal Temple maps and my game crash (just close the game and came back to desktop).
After rerun the POE2 app i can log in to choose my char but after going to load Vaal Ruins map it just stuck on loading page. I've choose then to change my login to hideout but still i'm stucking in the same place.

I've checked it with my other charts (on old leagues) an it works normally.

Is there any cache on serwer with my account or smth that not allow me to login to game?
