As the Whispers Demand Changes

I don't feel compelled to play Ritualist when the perk this skill gives last for only 120 seconds. I would rather have a perk that allows me to select 1 monster modifier that I would like to reserve life for activating it instead. Random ones only encourage me to spam it until I get the one I want to use for my build in the first place.
