Eldritch charge skin missing

Hi, just bought eldritch charge skin doesn't show up in poe 1 and poe 2.

Oddly enough, I found it under character effects, but not under alternate charge skins. Will you be changing this? I find it very misleading. Would it be possible to get a refund so I can buy the correct charge skin replacement? Many thanks and best regards.

" They never discuss refund requests publicly. You'd need to contact Support directly. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

" It never a charge skin It is a character effect that the charge now orbiting the "Planetary Orbs" and the Orbs orbiting around you. But the charge itself has not been reskinned There is a video preview already so that you have to email GGG support to justify your reasoning of refund.
