can't clear Ange past currency trades

I have played off and on for some time, I have 3 canceled sales in Ange's cur3ency exchange window and I can NOT remove them, one is even from this season, nope still there. the other 2 are from some time back, don't even know if the character that used it is still viable, probably deleted, but I would LIKE to clear the window, EVERY time I come back to hideout Ange says "come se what came for you" and there is nothing. can some PLEASE just clear out those 3 canceled sales!!

I tried that last night, the character that started the transaction is 99% probably deleted as nothing I did with any older characters helped. it ALSO does not address the cancelled (but STILL showing) order from this season, I can NOT get rid of these, old sales, please help
