Hi,
I was wondering if there is a special step or level in order to create 2 implicit mods when corrupting an item. Or only just do the normal vaal orb corruption?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It doesn't seem like normal corruption can result in two implicit mods (if the item had less than two already) ?

In POE1 you use the vaal temple. One of the of the rooms has device that double corrupts the items. It is not guaranteed to give 2 implicit. As with regular Vaaling, there is a range of outcomes, that include destroying the item.

There is a room that double corrupts gems as well.

In general, you can not corrupt an item again that has already been corrupted. Hands of the high templar is an example of an exception to this, but being corrupted will usually prevent further crafting on the item. So in most cases the temple would be needed to get two implicits. There is also the possibility of finding items with double corrupted implicit, from drops or league specific rewards, but in general, to get a chance at specific outcomes, starting from a non-corrupted base, the temple is going to be used.

There's also a delve fossil, that allows adding an implicit mod to items, "item is overvalued by vendors". Meaning it can add a second implicit to uncorrupted items. This is a cosmetic affix, other than for the price received from sell to the vendor. However, it allows for a chance that the other implicit, may not get rolled over when adding a single corrupt. So potentially having the original implicit, and another corrupted implicit, from a single corruption method.

POE2 has some varying mechanics relating to corrupting.

It is not called Vaal Temple in POE 1
It is called "The Temple of Atzoatl" and the itemized map like item is called "Chronicle of Atzoatl" but only specific room that contains the double vaal altar
And it can brick or even delete the item too

Thanks for more details. Certainly will look for this. Double corruption is not easy, apparently. And market items are way too expensive.

Since you have almost no control what implicit you get (only ilvl block some outcome), the market price is market price
