Temple Medallions not showing up on the ground

temple medallions appear in map on right corner after completing a room but doesn’t appear on the ground to be picked up tried resetting the instance or closing the game and reopening didn’t work tried different temple run and happened again back to back lost 6 rooms really frustrating not being able to progress temple

Fixed by uninstalling the game and installing it back
