Hex Bloom not spreading Decay(ing Hex) Bug Report ID: #2684029539

Hex bloom states "Supports Curses, spreading their effects when a Cursed enemy dies"

Decaying Hex states "Supports Curse skills. Cursed enemies' bodies decay, taking Chaos damage over time"

Seems to me that Decaying Hex adds the effect of Decay to the curse, and Hex Bloom should thus spread it along with the curse.
