maps attempted and completed becomes un-completed and failed

I had noticed that a lot of maps I was pretty sure I hadn’t failed were marked as failed, but I never really had it be this obvious that it was a bug happening and not just me having a bad memory.

In the image below shows that the map I used to path to where I’m currently at on the map is now uncompleted.

In image 2, you can see that if I try to attempt it again, it’s marked as being failed.

In image 3, you can see that all other paths from where I am are now not eligible. I’m guessing that this is because of the broken link that’s now marked as incomplete and failed.

i wounder if it could have something to do with the boss map nerby. when i re-did the map that had becoume uncomleted it had gaint the whisp stone thingy that is needed to unlock the boss map
