Sealed vault/ Deleric Mansion - Kill both bosses as the same time = No loot at all

Hi!

There is a bug where you dont get any rewards for killing the lineage bosses when you kill them both with the same attack.
Like i did just now, load map, rush to the boss fight them and used Blood hunt and got them both with the same attack.
Kill and no loot drop, nothing.

Same thing as happend to me with the Deleric Mansion bosses to and this is just frustrating, i'm alright with not getting the big drop on the map, but nothing at all is just plane bad.
Fix these bugs since this is one of the things you want us to farm for.
