PoE2 Vaal Temple (Grand Phylactery) – Core Infuser option not appearing, cannot progress

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue in the Path of Exile 2 Vaal Temple, specifically in the Grand Phylactery room.

The Core Infuser interaction option does not appear, which makes it impossible to progress from the room.

Issue details:

I reach the correct room in the Grand Phylactery

The Core Infuser interaction prompt does not show up

Because of this, I cannot continue the temple

Additionally, when this bug occurs, none of the interactable devices in the temple work (e.g., Gemcutter’s Forge, etc.). It seems like all temple interactions are disabled when this happens.

The biggest problem is that due to this bug, I lost most of my temple progress. Out of 5 runs, this issue occurred 3 times. It’s very frustrating to lose that much progress because of this.

What I’ve tried:

Leaving and re-entering

Resetting the instance

Restarting the game

None of these solved the issue.

Has anyone else encountered this bug? Is there any known workaround, or is this a known issue?

I’m experiencing the exact same issue.

In the Grand Phylactery room, the Core Infuser interaction simply doesn’t appear, and just like you described, none of the other temple devices (Gemcutter’s Forge, etc.) are interactable either. It feels like all temple interactions get completely disabled when this happens.

For me, the issue first started occurring on February 11th around 04:00 GMT.

I’ve tried leaving and re-entering, resetting the instance, and restarting the game, but nothing fixed it. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any workaround so far.

Since in this state of the temple I cannot progress further any update from the devs would be greatly appreciated.
Yes this issue happened to me when i co-op play yesterday no signs of the rooms , any one if have idea to fix this please tell us thanks!

To me it happens every time I use Tame Beast on a monster from the phylactery room. If I drag the beast 2-3 rooms away before capturing, it *sometimes* bypasses the bug, but just 1 room isn't enough.
