Temple question

Just curious if others have had the same issue.

first issue - after clearing a room in temple, the doors dont open.

Medallions dropping (getting sound and item showing on mini map) but not visible to pick up?

Any help is appreciated.

First issue you didn't clear all the mobs there's mobs with an invisibility modifier that's really annoying you gotta run around and find him.

Second issue, if you hear a medallion drop see it on the map but don't see it on your screen that sounds like you're not the temple host are you running with somebody else?
