Strongbox question.

Can strongboxes get an affix that makes it so you can not do any action? I could not cast or dodge.

This is a bug. If I remember correctly, it happens if you open a strongbox while dodge-rolling, but I've seen a few people say it can happen randomly.

If you exit to character selection, you can join back where you were and your actions should work.
