I can't loot or see medallion from the ground in the Vaal temple

While doing the temple I couldn't pick up medallions from the ground, but i could see their icon from the minimap.I tried disabling filter and going out, in and i left the party and come back but nothing, i couldn t see their icon to interact with.
I think it could be that i was in a group, anyone has had this bug?

I guess your inventory was filled at that point. Theese medallions (from the Incursion, or "Alva's temples") each take 1 slot in your inventory

I had no medallions in the medallion inventory, i am sure of this because i am losing my temple because of not be able to loot lock medallion.I can't even interact with the mechanic of alchemy lab level 3.
