Rolled back progress

Hello

I did 4 trials of sekhemas, killed last boss, got the loot and allocated 2 last of the ascendancy points, then got disconnected and everything i have done was rolled back like it never happened. Only the Djinn Barya is missing from my stash. I got scammed by the game.
