My game is stuck

I'm on ship trying to go to Kedge Bay. I accidentally dropped Sacrificial Heart event item on the ground. Now I cant go anywhere; portal doesnt work, Waypoint doesnt work and I cant go to Kedge Bay. Backing out of the game does nothing. Please help! I'm completely stuck right now and cant play. Very frustrating

I've tried the ctrl enter trick to start at a different area and that did absolutely nothing. The only thing that changed was that my Sacrificial Heart item disappeared from the ground. I'm still stuck on the ship and cant go or do anything.

My buddy told me about a weird fix where I need to remove my skill from my left click and I can teleport but my event item is completely gone now.

Removing my skill from the left click allows me to teleport but now when i'm in battle I cannot shoot at all. Almost like my crossbow isnt loading the rounds.
