0.4.0e is GIVING TEMPLE OWNER'S TEMPLE TO RANDOM GROUP MEMBER

I reported it twice in different rooms. Not sure if that does anything.

Fate of the Vaal League Changes and Fixes

Fixed some cases where the Temple of Atziri could become disconnected from the Vaal Ruins, causing players to be unable to re-enter the Temple after exiting.
Temple Destabilisation no longer happens automatically, players must click the Close Temple button after each run. This is to prevent accidental destabilisation in certain cases."


ANYWAYS, here is the issue:

While in a group, I loaded up my temple. Upon the first map dropping, I noticed (although I am/was always party leader) I could not pick it up. The first medallion also dropping did not allow me to pick it up.

To be clear:

1. I was the party leader the entire time
2. I opened MY temple.
3. SOMEHOW one of my group members became the party leader BUT they could not see the medals.
4. I could only see the medals on the mini-map and NOT on the floor as they should be.

I was able to lock my rooms before going, so THIS RUN I am fine with losing (still sucks but my temple won't be ruined.) If this happens again, however, I will be ruined.

Additionally, the portal STILL CLOSES upon exit, however, the console says the map is still open and needs to be "closed". I know the patch notes says "in certain cases" but having it close minutes after joining is too soon, isn't it?

Yep I had the same thing happen. Maps not allocated to me and I can't see the medallions.

Its so funny that GGGs QA-Team probably didnt even see this Patch and verify stuff works.

Yep just noticed once ppl join my party i can no longer interact with my medallions. GGG please, fix this.

This happened more than 5 times now, i stopped playing temple now because as i cant pick medalions and interact with the bosses you are blocked to continue.

Also noticed that something strange happens, the item allocation changes, i have in free for all but then when you go to the temple i cant also pick up items, they are greyed for a bit.

I am the party leader and the temple owner but something strange is happening.

I think it never happens with the first temple I run with the party, but if I continue or add someone else to the party to a second run it always bricks.

Yes, this is a symptom of the bug. You can actually check the party options as soon as you join and see if it’s switched from your initial settings. If they aren’t changed you are fine. If they are, well, your round is ruined.

Only way to ensure this doesn’t happen is to restart an instance once your full party is formed. Then make sure you are first in the temple OR start the temple first and join it solo then invite people.

Regardless, you will still always be susceptible to the bug where the portal closes automatically if you leave at any point.

No word from GGG on this and I highly doubt they will anytime soon due to their main focus on .5, not fixing these problems (regardless of how dire they are).
