Constantly freezing and stuttering unplayable

Been told from support to post here F knows what this will achieve as it’s clearly a game issue their end, my game constantly freezes and stutters and before smart people say adjust settings A, I have done all that and B it’s on a new gen ps5 that’s capable of running much higher AAA games with no issue that aside the issues is still a major issue, after buying this game on pc ps5 and Xbox along with every stash tab on all platforms apart from the guild ones this sucks ass.
Because of this I am loosing any xp I gain along with so much loot ie DIVS and alike if I knew how to post screen captures of the game freezing to the forum I would to show proof and to be honest I have no clue who I am supposed to show proof to on the on a forum with Randy other players, this clearly needs attention from the devs and alike, I have sent the videos to support by email and that’s when they tell me I have to post on this forum god knows how this will fix a issue with the game that clearly is server side, I am done with this BS from the devs and throwing money at them to be told to post on a forum
