Cannot log in from East Asia Servers

Quite disappointing that this patch have created such problems.

Hong Kong Server is unavailable.
Managed to log into Japan a few times but it doesn't work now.
Singapore Server is done as well.

Have to log in via California (US) or Australia.
Are you guys working on this ? It has been like that since I downloaded the patch.
