[BUG] Craving Slaughter w/ Ferocious Roar + Ancestral Call

When using Ferocious Roar with Ancestral Call slotted, the notable passive Craving Slaughter does not provide the Rage boost.

Understandably, Ferocious Roar does not have a glory cost but Ancestral Call does, and we build up glory to make Ferocious Roar trigger Ancestral Call. If we're building and using glory to use the ability we should still be able to trigger notables like this, even if it's a supported socketted ability
