Passive spirit supports slot into Skeletal Frost Mage

I'm running a multi-minion build with nearly every minion type. Skeletal Frost Mage is the only one that allows you to slot clarity or Upwelling. As much as I don't want this fixed, because I'll lose an extra bit of mana regen or Upwelling, I'm sure this is not intended.

If it IS intended, please make it work on storm mage too! :D
