Latency problems EU servers

Two days in a row that we experiencing latency problems.
The game is being unplayable again today...
Can you fix it?

+1 Damn !! Can't play two days in a row !! Lose Temple yesterday.. Lag and latency in hideout.. What is the problem and when it will be solved ???

same here, 2 days in a row, the game is not playable around 8 PM in France. Latency problem.
I have played earlier in the day during lunch break without any issues.

Please take a look at your server logs from yesterday starting 9PM Paris time and ending after midnight.

The game crashes to desktop about every 1 - 2 minutes during prime time.
It seems to be a server issue since instance progress seems to reset too (in particular: 20 seconds after finishing an essence encounter it suddenly reappears on the next login. )

As usual movement skills seem to trigger the crashes (pounce or dodge in wolf form with Surefooted Sigil amulet and a bunch of other uniques equipped.)

Changing instance by entering a new area (in the campaign) also causes crashes to desktop.

tell your country , to let them know it is a problem for different locations, maybe it is not a server itself but network on their side or with their partner provider etc

last two weeks got ping dance every evening from 19-00 Moscow time, Russia

Same issue since 2 days.
Between 8PM to Midnight FR Time Zone (GMT+2) approximately.

Edit : Come back at 11PM, lancecy is now good.

NB : I have a really good connection. 4 or 5ms with google.fr stable (ping -t) So, no connection trouble.

And the patch doesn't resolve anything !! Hoping some solution but same issue !!

The same problem occurs in Spain. The extreme ping usually happens when accessing the temple area, both inside and outside.

Right now, in the hideout, the ping is 48 ms, and if I travel to the Vaal ruins, it ranges from 300 to 5000 ms (London server). I've tried different EU servers, and the problem persists.
