Infusion gameplay and spell empowerment

Hello there !

I've been thinking of some ideas for my Sorc !

- It would be nice if Arctic Armour could be empowered by infusions ! Like an active shield while you have infusions up or consume each infusions to give a temporary shield of the element !

- Having a support to transform Snap into an AoE spell around the player ! Why support ? It's nice to have the possibility to just have it as an "infusion builder" for some build. But the way I see this is like now that a cold infused frost nova is incredibly cool and reliable to freeze, having it to Cold Snap all the target giving it a FFX Shiva's ult vibe. With this support tho, not possible to generate infusion ofc.

- Comet is one the best spell I have seen in ARPG. And while levelling, Cast on Ailment is incredible with it ! It (almost) procs only on rare and unique, it's incredibly good to play. However, in the end game, Comet falls apart every .1ms, making it unenjoyable and kind of an annoyance in the eye.
I could see here, again, a legacy support that helps Cast on Ailment to proc only on rare/unique in late game. Making Comet "punch" and fun again.

- Elemental Storm could be replace to allow the player to channel for at least 2 sec. that consumes Infusions to create a Storm around the player similar to Apocalypse but we control what element we want, which pairs well with the limit of spell in the end of the node path as the limit could increase the number of infusions consumes to buff the storm.

- The double debuffs from Shaper of Storms and Winter could be change to let both elements work together. Either just a condition like more chance to shock on chilled targets, or cold spells consume a shock to freeze / lightning spells consume chill to electrocute. Or simply chill/shock increase lightning/cold damage taken. Even why not introduce Sap & Brittle with little variation than PoE 1 !

Et voilà ! As you can see, I would be grateful to have a proper Shiva ult from FFX :D. Or essentially a play-style of allying Cold & Lightning or mastering a cold or tempest storm as a Stormweaver.

I'm more than happy to see you discuss and criticise my ideas further !
