Gathering Storm suggestion

Currently, this skill is most effective for boss encounters when used with Frost Wall. However, the fixed dash distance can sometimes be problematic for precise positioning.

Feature Request: Add a way to reduce or control the dash distance. This could be implemented as:

- A support gem that modifies the dash behavior.

- A toggle checkbox in the skill description: the dash stops at the cursor's location.

This would grant players much better control and make the skill more versatile.
