Gamde stuck on pause without lag

Hi, there are reports of the game getting stuck on pause due to latency, but I think mine might be different.

- I don't have any significant latency, the game is responsive and when I'm in options menu on console I get report of a flat 33ms (might be frame ms?) it says "Network: 0ms" but what does that mean?!
- I've enabled "Disable Pausing" in the Game options which says "all possible instances", but not this instance, apparently
- it's constant whenever I'm in a combat area (i.e. not town) and not pressing a button the game instantly pauses
- it first happened when the game crashed just as I failed (this was yesterday so not 100% sure on sequence) a map, normally crashing brings you back to the combat area but this time the game took me back to down, when I went to the next combat area it's as if the game wants to put me back into that relaunching into a crashed map state and it instantly pauses
- however, it's also on every character - not just new ones so mmmmm
- not sure if relevant but I was remote playing on xbox at the time

Please help if anyone knows what's going on! The game is playable, but a bit irritating.

Well I think I was right... the game crashed again and when I logged back in auto-paused as usual (nice feature by the way) but now whatever was causing it to be stuck in pause before was gone :)

PS I had already tried restarting the game and even the whole console, so it wasn't just a restart.
I have the same issue, it started sometime over this past weekend, dont recall a game crash or anything you mentioned but I could be wrong.
Restarted the game several times, no changes, was not aware of the pause setting in options, will try that.

If anyone else has any info to share, please do.
