sacrificial chamber not spawning

Hi! im building my temple and i got to the point,where i really need sacrificial chamber. the point is, i have never seen one. I have done around 300 runs, so rng should not be the problem i guess? my buddy says it is some kind of bug. i contacted support, but they responded that they do not offer email support at the moment. what do I do?
