Game Bug/Divine Orb

Hello, this is my first season playing and today when I logged in to play with my friends we had a item drop worth some divine orbs when we went to trade my split of the price of the item the divine orb wasn’t showing up in my inventory or stash. I googled this issue to see if there was fixes, I attempted some of these actions that people used to help with their problem and nothing I tried selling an item on the market for divine orbs and again never showed up in my inventory or stash. My friends and I tried dropping it in world to see if it was just a trade bug and when I went to pick up the divine orb again the issue occurred. I have a video clip show casing the issue if need be and my name for the account is Chuck_Boris and I play on PlayStation. Today I was supposed to have five divine orbs but instead no cigar, it’s very frustrating and let down having this issue, I’m just hoping you can help. Thank you.

I am a Titan but I do not have that ascendancy point yet, also I play on PlayStation and using this on my phone how do I go about posting the videos on here? I don’t ever do this so I apologize

Yeah I have two videos on my PS that I was able to post on YouTube but using my phone for this because I don’t have a computer so now I’m trying to save on my phone to post here or find a way to copy the link

I just hope it gets looked at and fixed because it’s very disheartening knowing I can’t use the trade market or pick up any div if they drop 😢
