His Winnowing Flame Not Hitting After Consuming Ignite

Hi Team!

I'm currently testing His Winnowing Flame and the skill is consuming ignite but the explosion is not hitting or registering any damage.

- This was tested on an Infernalist with and without Bringer of Flame.
- Tested without any conversion of fire damage or ignite damage.
- Attempted with 2 different variations of the Unborn Lich staff in case it was due to the modifiers.

Additionally the initial hit of Winnowing Flame that consumes ignite is applying Critical Weakness, this isn't present in the tooltip but IS a feature of the normal reap skill.

Bump - still present in 0.4e
