Meteor every map bug.

Hello. I dont know if its a phrecia 2.0 league mechanic, but every single map i do, after killing some mobs, i take a mini meteor damage on my screen, just like the meteor from altar and i almost die or die.
Every single map, every single atlas, every single tier.
It seems its a bug. Please fix so i can play and stop dying by a bug.

Still dying when i use my life flask or when they reach full charge that i use on flasks.

Still taking meteors everywhere.

You probably take Exarch Altars (red ones) and don't read the description...
