Video Feed Keeps Dropping on Xbox Series X

This started a couple of days ago, the game video feed drops off (black out) for a split second and comes back right away. This occurs in two intervals and in a consistent pattern. I timed a series of "black outs", after a black out it happens again after 15 seconds, then 55 seconds later it drops out again, 15 seconds after that it black outs again, 55 seconds after that it black outs again, and so on. 15 seconds, 55 seconds, 15 seconds, 55 seconds, etc.

Here's the odd thing, with the Xbox record feature, where you can record the previous 15 or 30 seconds of gameplay, I made a game clip recordings of a few of these "black outs" and in each one, the black outs doesn't appear in the recordings. I've eliminated any physical hardware/cables as the culprit. These black outs only seem to be happening in POE 2, not the Xbox home screen.

I'm still able to play the game and have been for the last hour and the black outs continue on this consistent pattern.

Anyone know how to fix this or what the culprit is?
