POE2 Temple Medallions and Instance crashing

Morning everyone

I was running my temple last night and I had the game crash on me, no big deal I rebooted only to find that it wasn't the client that crashed but the instance server, causing me to lose both any medallions and loot, but still suffering the resulting destabilisation. Still no big issue I locked my rooms before I started, and I had spare lock medallions. Then proceeded to try 2 more times, only for the server to crash each and every time, on the last run there were even medallions on the mini map that were not visible on the floor(with or without loot filters ect).

This annoyed me and has severely impacted the building of my temple. So I take a break to return this morning only to find that whatever happened yesterday has permanently bugged my temple and I am unable to see medallions on the main screen (where you place rooms) at all, this has not given me any confidence to actually open the temple and as such imp asking here for help. If anyone has any idea what has happened or how to help solve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
