Charge regulation

Hi,

Please make Charge Regulation as a "Support Gem" linked instead of a buff.

You can still keep the 30 spirit reservation as a cost requirement.

By doing so, the gem doesn't occupy one gem slot.

This is a good gem ... just don't understand why we have to waste one gem slot for a gem with no other support gems available.

I'd rather see Charge Regulation gain compatibility with more/new support gems than be reduced to a support gem. To me, the amount of scaling power it offers is worth the gem slot.

Alternatively, increase the skill slot number/make spirit gems not occupy a skill slot. They already cost a spirit reservation, why must they also eat up a skill slot?
