After finishing temple, got abnormal disconnect, logged in, equipped focus was gone :(

Completed temple, had just finished upgrading my equipped focus which had 25-30% damage bonuses for both spell and chaos damage each as well as 20% quality and a socket just put in it.

Nothing left to do in temple, nothing to pickup worth picking up was about to leave temple but server kicked me out of temple before I did anything.

Tried logging back into character and it just kept saying "abnormal disconnect no instances found" after 4th try it let me back in and it had kicked me back to ruins, temple was closed.

Checked my gear and my focus slot was empty, checked my second slot, checked my stash, checked everywhere and nothing. Game just deleted it, has just vanished.

Has put me off playing completely now as is a huge damage loss for character and pretty much never getting that focus back. Defo never doing temples again.

Only just came back to the game since it was released on steam after a long break and was having a blast until this bug/disconnect in temple deleted my focus item and now I can not progress.

Yeah I feel the same. Completed my first map to gain an Ascendancy and upon killing the boss the game froze not allowing me to go the Altar to choose my Ascendancy. Had to logout and when I logged back in I was back at the beginning of the whole thing and don't even have the option to re-run it because the token I used to start it is no longer in my inventory.

Feels like a big waste of time and a bit of a big point and I can't even get back to it to reclaim it which is putting me off of playing same as you.
