Server lag in America West Coast

Anyone else just having the game freeze and then suddenly come back to life after 10 seconds and you get to watch yourself speed run your own death?

I dont have this issue, im in Seattle. The only time i did have anything like this was when using wifi. After i plugged into ethernet, all lag issues ceased for me. Try this and see if it works for you as well. And before you say it, yeah, all other games work fine for me over wifi except this and D4.
