inconsistency in state of socketed augments and gems in the coming calamity

yesterday I swapped my body armour (coming calamity) with a new one that had higher level requirements. I double corrupted it and put three new augments and re-socketed the support gems I had in the skills the armour provides. today I logged in and noticed that one of the augments was gone along with all the socketed supports. I proceeded to put a new augment and also acquiring new supports. I went back to the map I was in and then the armour itself was gone. I logged out and in, and that restored the armour, but the new supports are also gone.
