STEAM Client Disconnects

This game is unstable via the STEAM Client. Attempted to download via the website and could not login since I purchased via Steam.
There are random disconnects to the POE2 application, which in turn says STEAM Disconnected. Both POE2 and the STEAM client remain open, my network remains connected, mobile devices and other apps working without issue. Fiber connection, hardwired everything is stable but the POE2 client. No network drops during the disconnect. Steam doesnt throw any errors and that client appears to keep me logged in. I tried reaching steam support as well, who directs me to to grindinggear support. Id like to have my Steam account login accessible via the POE2 client downloaded from the website... bypassing STEAM. Lets find a way to remove steam from the picture. Help! Or I fear I can longer play and contribute towards the future of this game. Thank you in advance and I anxiously await further assistance. Last bumped on Apr 22, 2026, 10:38:08 PM
