0.4 Acolyte of Chayula's Sap of Nightmares - Mana Leech Sources

Certain sources of Mana Leech still aren't being recognized by the Sap.

Explicit (suffix) mods on weapons don't contribute to the dual Physical/Chaos Leech. Rings & Support Gem-sourced leech appears to be functional. I'm uncertain about sources from Glove/Amulet(via corruption enchant) mods.
