Missing Void Stones in Phrecia League

Hello, I killed Eater with a friend and I died at the end of the fight with no portals left, this wasn't a big deal because in the past I could just talk to Kirac and get the replacement but it wasn't there. I tried to "trigger" the interaction by opening a new map and dropping the void stone I already had from killing Searing, this did not work now I am missing both void stones.

Things I have tried:
Changing server
Changing hideout
Logging out for 20+ minutes

You can see from the photo of the Idol slots that I have killed them both.
