Sirus feared witness character bugged?

Since yesterday, I've tried to witness Sirus for feared invitation but after multiple kills and trying everything it's just not working. Any ideas how to fix it or any similar issues? (tried deathless/dieing/changing realms/doing uber/went afk after fight and stayed in the arena for hour or so)

EDIT: Just to be clear, he drops loot, there is RP after kill but the fight remains unwitnessed within Kirac UI)

I have the same issue... Plz fix
