Ok GGG you messed up, now release a "GAUNTLET FREE" version...

To all the fanboys that will reply, "yeah whatever"...

Ive played for over 10 years and loved all leagues, im not a great player but I do enjoy the content you supply.

Phrecia 1.0 was amazing fun, diverse builds, fun mechanics, cool Ascendancies.

Phrecia 2.0 was Gauntlet, plain and simple, SO CALL IT THAT!!

All these ppl saying "oh you need to read", some of us work for a living and play games for fun, not to sit and read crap every minute.

It said Phrecia, it was Gauntlet, poor judgement and marketing.

If I buy something, that was in a box in a window, only to find it was broken but if I read a post in the companies forum I would have found out it was broken is that ok to sell me the product? Thats the mentality of some comments...

Dont like my post, thats fine, its my opinion, my take on this fiasco.
As a Kiwi its my right to give it, please respect that :)

GGG how about you cater to normal people now and give us a Gauntlet free, Phrecia 2.0 league, go check forums and comments in Zizaran etc videos, there are a lot of people not playing this, it was a stupid knee jerk guys and you let down a lot of loyal people...

I agree 100%. Even Ziz posted recently that the numbers and enrage mechanic are overtuned. For him, Ben, and other HC streamers to agree means GGG messed up. But as always, 'enrage' just means whatever they want it to mean. I personally think they did this to swoop in with a hotfix to try to play hero. They have been going downhill for a while it seams. I love this game. I just hate that as a casual player with a family and a job, I don't qualify for the fun part of the game, like new ascendancies.

TOTALLY agree, and the annoying thing is while they pamper to the pro gaming kids, its US, the hard working people, who have and spend, the money that keeps them going, every League.

The main reason I am still an avid player and mega fan of PoE & GGG, is the fresh content and amazing innovation they bring to us every couple of months. Its fantastic and a game changer (pun intended) for a lot of people.

Im mad at what they did, in this instance. Dont get me wrong, I would stand up for them any time, for what they stand for and how they conduct themselves with the fan interaction. GGG rocks, but occasionally f*** up :)

Eh, they lost me on this. They have been tracking downward ever since they determined they didn't need two separate dev teams for two separate games. I have plenty of other games in my catalog that I can play, and plenty of other developers that I can support with my wallet. I just wish they would quit, I miss the days of the developers being kind and interacting more with the crowd on reddit and such. The community here is AMAZING. I will continue to rant and share my feedback in hopes that they see this, but they lost me as a player.

Yup, the community is one of a kind, and to a large extent are incredibly well mannered and very loyal. Couldnt ask for a better bunch of supporters.

I agree with the two teams point, I feel that was a big turning point. I do hope they keep PoE1 at peak level because in my eyes, its THE greatest Arpg ever made and ive been a Diablo fanatic since Dec 31st 1996...

I really hope they come to the party and give us Phrecia 2.0 like we wanted.

Just tried Maven and pretty much don't even want to play anymore. This is just miserable. Phrecia 1.0 was a blast, Phrecia 2.0 is just anti-fun. Did Sirus and had to deal with enraged Baran 2 shotting me, finally get him down then Sirus just bugs in the air and never comes down so there go my fragments. Go to try Maven after and find out she has double beams, which is just stupid, the only way to reasonably kill her is to just blast her and 6 portal defense, terrible terrible design. Each league is becoming more disappointing than the last, this is not fun.

What GGG should do:

1) Admit their mistake.
2) Reboot the event immediately without any of the cursed mods.
3) Give everyone a free mystery box for their annoyance.
