Where are the fishing rods?

Been grinding grain gate for around 6 hours today not to mention about 4 yesterday. Why the fuck have a class mechanic built around an item and then keep its drop chance so ridiculously high that anyone would have to waste multiple days of an already short league to find one? Should've just been added to the normal drop pool at least for the league. I understand itsjust bad rng on my end and others probably got one in 10 minutes, but its fucking stupid for something so otherwise useless to be this hard to get. Really regretting picking surfcaster as a starter
