No trade history from ps5 or character on poeninja

Hey,
Anybody know how to fix the trade history being blank on the website and no character showing up on poe ninja? (ps5) I can see the poe2 history and see all my characters on poeninja for that, since the trade has came to poe1 it's just always been blank? Can any users on ps5 see their characters on poe ninja for poe1?

It looks like the trade history doesn't quite work for xbox or sony PoE1 players. We'll get that fixed up.
As for poe.ninja, you'll have better luck contacting them. ✮

That's a bummer, but hopefully an easy fix as PoE2 works great. I assumed the lack of trade history and the lack of character appearing on poe ninja was related to the same issue but I will try send them a message then if you think it's on their end, thanks. |

For anybody wondering about poe ninja not showing characters for poe1 on console, I got a reply from an admin.
"In poe 2 they are all on a shared realm. But in poe 1 they are separate. I'm looking into getting them into profiles like on poe 2 though but not done yet." Hopefully they add it soon. |
